Digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will assist you.
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and delivered digitally.
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
👕 Apparel Merchandise (Print-On-Demand Products)
All Xzeckies apparel is made just for you.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Because our items are made to order, all approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future Xzeckies purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit Processing:
Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your store credit to be issued.
Replacements are provide for:
- manufacturing defects
- misprints
- incorrect items received

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if:
- the item has a manufacturing defect,
- the print is incorrect,
- or you received the wrong item.
Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
