Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you promptly if there are any significant delays.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Delivery in 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Worksheets, Flashcards)
Instant delivery. You’ll receive an email with download links immediately after your purchase is completed.
Print-on-Demand Items
Apparel and certain items (like t-shirts and hoodies) are made to order and shipped separately. They may arrive in different packages and could take a few extra days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
Important Shipping Information
Verification of Delivery Address:
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is complete, correct, and accessible. We do not assume liability for orders misdelivered due to address errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Carrier Delays:
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any delays once an order leaves our facility.
Failure to Collect or Return to Sender:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Order Cancellation / Changes:
Because many items are processed immediately after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after submission.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@xzeckies.shop with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures due to events outside our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
